1. How to get quotation from us?

2. How to place an order?
1) Get the quotation from our salesman.
2) As soon as you decide to place an order, please send us your PO or the part numbers with your shipping address, we will send you a proforma invoice (PI) for you to check. The PI includes order details, payment conditions, shipment and delivery information.
3) If you agree to the PI, please make the payment.
4) We will arrange your order right away upon the receipt of your payment.
5) The tracking number will be provided to you once the goods are shipped out.
6) You receive the goods and check the detail. If it’s ok, the order processes end.

3. What’s your payment terms?
We accept T/T (bank transfer), western union and money gram payment. Paypal is also acceptable for small amount order.

4. How long will it take to receive my goods?
We begin to process your order as soon as we receive your payment. Usually, sample order needs about 3-5 days, while wholesale order 7-10 days. We will ship by DHL/UPS/TNT, or by your forwarder. Shipping period is about 3-5 days.
